Privacy
Barcode, Text, Image, Print, and PDF tools process their inputs locally in this browser. Document to Excel keeps digital PDF text local when its structure is valid; image pages that need extraction processing are sent only after you choose Extract. Max Q Studio has no account system or persistent visitor document database. Advertising remains disabled unless separately enabled.
Abuse prevention
Document to Excel uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify extraction requests and reduce automated abuse. This security check processes browser and device signals; it does not receive your document contents from Max Q Studio. Processing remains subject to service capacity and cost limits.
Image files
Image files are read by this page for preview and processing. Output files are created in the browser and downloaded to your device. The tool does not upload file contents or filenames to a Max Q Studio service. The published website may still make ordinary requests to its hosting provider.
Photo sheets
Print Studio reads a selected photo in this browser, creates an A4 PDF locally, and sends it to your device only when you choose to download or print it. It does not upload the photo or its filename to a Max Q Studio service.
PDF files
PDF Studio reads selected documents in this browser to preview and edit pages, convert pages and images, and create downloads. Its PDF bytes and filenames stay on your device. Document to Excel is separate: it may render scanned pages and send those page images for extraction after you choose Extract.
Document to Excel processing
Digital PDF text extraction runs in this browser and does not use AI when its structure passes validation. For a selected JPG/PNG, camera capture, scanned PDF page, or digital PDF page that fails the structure check, Document to Excel sends a bounded page image for extraction after you choose Extract. Depending on the processing configuration or an eligible service fallback, a Third-Party AI Provider may process that image. Your data may be used by a Third-Party AI Provider for training or fine-tuning, including improving AI models, depending on the service and plan used. This may include submitted page images, prompts, extracted values, and outputs; provider personnel may review these contents. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information. AI extraction is intended for users aged 18 and over. Max Q Studio processes source images transiently and does not intentionally store them or log their contents. Its quota coordinator stores request hashes and usage counters; the Third-Party AI Provider may retain inputs and outputs under its own policy. Inputs are bounded to 5 MiB/12 megapixels for images and 10 MiB/five pages for PDFs; each rendered page is limited to 2 MiB and 2,560 pixels per side. Extracted cells remain in the browser unless you download CSV/XLSX. Check values against the source. DOC/DOCX are not supported.
Barcode links
A URL entered for a QR Code is encoded as text. The tool does not open the URL or request its contents.
Website requests
A published website makes ordinary requests to its hosting and security providers. Those providers may process request metadata under their own terms. The AdSense script remains disabled by default and does not receive selected file bytes, filenames, extracted values, or spreadsheet cells as ad-unit request parameters.
Advertising
Google AdSense remains disabled unless it is explicitly enabled for the public production site with the required consent settings and a verified publisher ID. When enabled, the ad script may load on public directories and active Studio pages; Google may receive standard page and ad-request information and may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization, subject to applicable consent settings. Max Q Studio does not attach selected file bytes, filenames, extracted values, or spreadsheet cells as ad-unit request parameters; Studio file processing remains in the browser. The ad script runs on eligible pages, so live serving requires a final privacy review as well as any legally required consent configuration, including a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required.
