Terms
Max Q Studio provides browser-based tools for selected files and entered text. Use them only with files and content you are authorized to process. Processing is performed in this browser unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
Abuse prevention
Document to Excel uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify extraction requests and reduce automated abuse. This security check processes browser and device signals; it does not receive your document contents from Max Q Studio. Processing remains subject to service capacity and cost limits.
Local file processing
Image, Print, and PDF Studio create previews and exports in your browser. Document to Excel extracts digital PDF tables in the browser when their native structure passes validation. For images, camera captures, scanned pages, or digital PDF pages that fail that check, a bounded page image is sent for extraction after you choose Extract. Depending on the processing configuration or an eligible service fallback, a Third-Party AI Provider may process the image. Your data may be used by a Third-Party AI Provider for training or fine-tuning, including improving AI models, depending on the service and plan used. This may include submitted page images, prompts, extracted values, and outputs; provider personnel may review these contents. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information. AI extraction is intended for users aged 18 and over. Max Q Studio does not intentionally store source images or log document contents. Its quota coordinator stores request hashes and usage counters; the Third-Party AI Provider may retain inputs and outputs under its own policy. Extracted values can be incomplete or incorrect, so review the spreadsheet against the source before relying on them. DOC/DOCX are not supported. Keep copies of important source files and check exports before printing, sharing, or relying on them.
Advertising
If Google AdSense is enabled, advertisements may appear on public directories and active Studio pages. They are provided by Google, separate from the tools' local processing, and must not be treated as Studio controls or as endorsements by Max Q Studio.
Changes
Project information may change as the site is built. Terms for any future tool will be published with that tool before it is offered.
